Phil began his real estate career in an REO Asset Management Company. He initially was responsible for the coordination of budget and workout plans for hundreds of REO properties across the United States involved in the 1980's EPIC Bankruptcy Plan. He was responsible for the calculation and collection of an additional one million dollars due to a client in the TMIC mortgage insurance liquidation. As Vice President of the Asset Management Company he was involved in all aspects of loss mitigation from Default to Disposition which enabled him to learn various aspects of the mortgage and real estate process. He managed the liquidation of both residential and commercial properties for a Savings and Loan under the Conservatorship of the Resolution Trust Corporation and FDIC. For the past 13 years he has been a multi-million dollar producer for a  real estate company he established to help clients obtain the maximum value for their properties. He has helped many individual and institutional clients while also obtaining top dollar in various neighborhoods across Virginia. He has attended numerous seminars for real estate, appraising, foreclosure law, and REO training. Linda is licensed in Virginia and Maryland and has been a multi-million Dollar Producer since mid-1980. Recently she has completed thousands of residential property evaluations (BPOs) and has listed and sold hundreds of Residential properties in Virginia and Maryland. She has completed numerous courses for REO, Real Estate law, finance, brokerage, appraisal, as well as various contractor courses for home inspections, plumbing and electricity. She has received numerous local and national awards for Real Estate production and service and has worked with more than 50 corporate clients. Jacklyn Esguerra began her real estate career as licensed sales assistant back in 1999.  Today she is part of the REO Real Estate team assisting both Brokers and handles the Brokers Price Opinion department for the company.  She has attended numerous seminars for real estate training and is currently completing classes to earn her GRI designation.  She especially enjoys assisting people with all their real estate needs. Chris Covey entered the real estate profession as a personal assistant to Linda Vane. She went on to obtain her real estate salesperson license so that she could better server our company's numerous clients and customers. She has been an active member in the Sterling community through her involvement with her children's school and youth sports programs such as soccer, basketball and tae kwon do. Chris enjoys helping her friends and acquaintances fullfill their real estate goals and dreams. Prior to real estate Chris spent over ten years working as a personal trainer and fitness instructor.
